move from syntactic to semantic normalization
Replace the old rewrite‑based normalizer with a semantic pass that
flattens 'Blessings' via 'sem' and reconstructs a canonical form.
This removes the need for ad‑hoc cleanup logic and guarantees
idempotent, minimal, and predictable normalization.
